About Triangle Compounding Pharmacy

TriangleCompounding.com is the Internet presence of Triangle Compounding, a pharmacy licensed and in good standing in the State of North Carolina. LegitScript has reviewed TriangleCompounding.com and granted LegitScript approval to the online pharmacy as having met our standards. Customers can refill existing prescriptions through the website, which has extensive information about the pharmacy and its specialties, which include:

  • Women’s Health
  • Pediatrics
  • Veterinary medicines
  • Sterile products

Triangle Compounding is accredited by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board, and PCAB’s report on Triangle Compounding is publicly available. The pharmacy does not accept new prescriptions through its website, but does allow for the refill of existing prescriptions.

TriangleCompounding.com is licensed in five states (NC, FL, TN, NC and SC). Adding in the five states that do not require out-of-state pharmacy licenses (DC, GA, MA, PA and WI), TriangleCompounding can deliver prescription drugs to ten states (including DC). The pharmacy and the website meet LegitScript’s other standards.

TriangleCompounding was the subject of a letter of reprimand from the North Carolina State Board of Pharmacy in 2007. The presence of past discipline is sometimes, but not always, a bar to LegitScript approval, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. LegitScript reviewed the facts in this particular case, which did not involve the pharmacy’s website, and believes that TriangleCompounding.com meets LegitScript standards as a legitimate online pharmacy. Internet users should feel free to contact LegitScript with any questions about our reasons for approving TriangleCompounding.com.
