Scott Roth
CEO

Scott (he/him) sets the strategic vision, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures the ongoing business performance of the company. Prior to joining LegitScript, Scott was a CEO of Jama Software, a leading product development and risk management platform for companies building complex and highly regulated products. Over the course of his 20+ year career, Scott has held several leadership positions with high-growth SaaS, internet, and data companies such as Salesforce.com, ExactTarget, and Return Path. He is a committed volunteer in the Portland community and serves on the board of POIC + RAHS, an accredited alternative high school, youth mentoring, and job training organization.

Michal Conley
VP OF ANALYST OPERATIONS

Michal leads LegitScript’s Analyst Operations in support of the company’s mission, values, and goals. Prior to joining LegitScript, Michal served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a first lieutenant, worked as a business consultant, and practiced as an art therapist and counselor. Michal holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Management Academic Studies (Israel) and a master’s degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Martin Day
CFO

Drawing on his deep leadership experience with publicly traded, VC-backed, and PE-backed companies, Martin sets LegitScript’s financial direction in support of the company’s strategy. Prior to joining LegitScript, Martin has held executive positions with high-growth companies such as Janrain (acquired by Akamai Technologies), MotoSport.com (acquired by Liberty Interactive), and Digimarc Corp. Martin started his career with Ernst & Young in Silicon Valley and holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.

Imelda Khoo
VP OF MARKETING

Imelda develops the marketing vision at LegitScript and oversees all marketing functions. Prior to LegitScript, Imelda was VP at Aimclear, an integrated marketing agency whose client roster included Airbnb, eBay, and LinkedIn. Her work has been featured in Forbes and her speaking credentials include Search Marketing Expo and the American Marketing Association. Imelda holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Derby (UK) and a post-graduate diploma from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing. She also serves on committees for the Electronic Transactions Association and the Merchant Acquirers’ Committee.

Smita Menon
VP OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Smita leads LegitScript’s product management team and is responsible for the strategic product direction of the company. She brings expertise from diverse industries such as fintech, banking, payments, and financial investigations from Fortune 50 and VC/PE-backed companies. With multiple patents to her credit, Smita earned her bachelor’s degree in commerce and post-graduate degree in computer science from the University of Mumbai, and master’s in business administration from Texas A&M University.

Clay Moore
VP OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Clay partners with functional leaders to identify and implement frameworks, technologies, and systems that drive continuous operational improvements. He brings more than 20 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise SaaS solutions. Most recently, Clay served as VP of Customer Success for Jama Software where he led professional services, customer care, and technical account management.

Darryl Nicholson
VP OF ENGINEERING

With over 25 years of experience in his field, Darryl directs LegitScript’s engineering teams. Darryl was formerly the CTO of Janrain, where he led the technology team through a successful integration with Akamai. A veteran of numerous successful start-ups, his background includes engineering, operations, IT, product management, QA, and customer support. Darryl is a retired Air Force Captain and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada.

Anthony Owens
CRO

Anthony supports and directs an expanding sales organization at LegitScript. He is committed to his team’s professional development and providing them the organizational structure and resources they need to realize their potential. Anthony comes to LegitScript with extensive experience leading sales teams in both the private equity and venture capital software spaces. Most recently, he served as SVP of Global Sales for CentralSquare Technologies. Anthony has developed sales teams from start-up to global operations, with teams in the United States, London, Singapore, and Australia.

Evan Smith
VP and General Counsel

Evan oversees LegitScript’s legal affairs, providing strategic guidance and advising on day-to-day operations. Prior to LegitScript, he spent several years in private practice as a litigator and worked at Providence Health & Services. Evan received his undergraduate degree from Grinnell College and his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Kristen Zervis
VP of Talent and Culture

Kristen leads LegitScript’s Talent & Culture function, focused on the employee experience, inclusivity, and genuine care. She has more than 17 years of human resources experience in a variety of functions. Prior to coming on board, Kristen was the Director of HR for US Retail at adidas and previously worked for First Tech Federal Credit Union. She has a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications from the University of Portland.
