マーチャントモニタリング: MyLSポータルの新機能、「タグ」をリリースしました MyLSポータル上にてご利用いただける、リスク予測やワークフローの向上を目的とした「タグ」と「LSタグ」のリリースについてお伝えいたしますタグとLSタグを利用し追加のデータ項目を作成することができます。これによってリスク予測やワークフローの向上を目指すことが可能となります。加盟店にタグ付けをすると、加盟店のグループ分けや特定のワークフローに割り当てることが可能となります。加盟店へのタグの適用や削除は、MyLSポータルのテンプレートでアップロードいただくか、直接マーチャント詳細ページ上で編集を行うことができます。また、お客様側で作成いただくタグとは別にレジットスクリプト側で追加をする「LSタグ」も同時にリリースされます。特定のデータ項目を「LSタグ」付けすることにより、さらに豊富な情報を伝えることが可能になります。 MyLSポータル上で、タグに関して行えるアクション: テンプレートファイルを利用したアップロードによる加盟店へのタグの追加 (各加盟店最多15個までタグ付けが可能です) テンプレートファイルを利用したアップロードによる加盟店のタグの削除マーチャント詳細ページ上でのタグの適用と削除リストビュー上のフィルターを使い、タグ付けされた加盟店のフィルタリングリストビュー上のフィルターを使い、LSタグが適用された加盟店のフィルタリングリストビュー上でのタグとLSタグの確認タグの活用例: トレンドの一部であると認識した加盟店や、レジットスクリプトが認識すべき特性を持つ加盟店のグループ化。マーチャントについて取られたアクションの理由を追跡するためのデータの作成。例えば、お客様内部の判断に基づく解約や、レジットスクリプトの審査に基づく解約などのトラッキング。加盟店が利用しているであろう機能等を追跡し、お客様側のアクションマトリックスや加盟店対応における優先順位付け。過去 "X "日以内に取引を完了した加盟店にフラグを立て、レビューとアクションマトリックスの加盟店対応における優先順位付け。尚、タグとLSタグは、マーチャントモニタリングAPI のバージョン 4 でもご使用可能です。
