We will review and certify the domain that you specify you are submitting for certification. If you operate multiple healthcare websites, each website you would like to have certified requires an application and annual certification fee. Please note that all websites you operate must be disclosed as part of your application.

Probationary Category
LegitScript provides probationary status to support pharmacies and other healthcare merchants who have had significant past compliance issues, offering them a clear path forward.
If, through the application review process, it is determined that a merchant who previously had compliance issues now meets LegitScript compliance standards, probationary certification may be granted. Merchants with probationary certification are in compliance with all LegitScript Healthcare Certification Standards, as the probationary certification focuses solely on past issues. While the application fee is the same as all standard applications, the annual fee of a probationary merchant is higher due to more in-depth and frequent monitoring to ensure ongoing compliance.
